DESCRIPTION:Le Pays de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie Agglomération a prescrit le 13 avril 2023 la révision de son Schéma de Cohérence Territoriale (SCoT) et l’élaboration de son Plan Local d’Urbanisme Intercommunal et d’Habitat (PLUi-H). \nLe SCoT est un document d’urbanisme qui\, à l’échelle d’un territoire\, de projet ou bassin de vie\, détermine l’organisation spatiale et les grandes orientations de développement d’un territoire. \nLe PLUi\, tenant lieu de Programme Local de l’Habitat (PLUi-H) traduit le projet du territoire\, fixe les grandes orientations en matière d’aménagement et d’habitat et les règles d’occupation et d’utilisation du sol\, comme les règles applicables dans les zones constructibles\, les zones à protéger. Il sert de référence à l’instruction des autorisations d’urbanisme : permis de construire\, déclaration préalable\, etc. \n  \nVeillée urbaine \n  \nDans le cadre de la concertation du public\, le Pays de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie organise une veillée urbaine à l’attention des habitants du territoire\, afin d’informer et échanger collectivement sur différentes thématiques liées à ces documents d’urbanisme en construction. \nCelle-ci se déroulera le 8 avril 2025 à 19 heures à la salle du Val des Cygnes de Landevieille.
